Is there elephant tranquilizer in PCP?

I know that elephant tranq is a nickname for PCP but it sounds a little random for what tranquilizers do vs PCP. so i was just wondering if it got that name because there is actually elephant tranquilizer in it.

PCP has no links to anything that is found in nature. The only way to make it is to combine dangerous industrial chemicals. One ingredient is cyanide (SY-uh-nide), a deadly poison. PCP is strong enough to knock out an elephant. That could be one reason for the nickname. It is a very lethal drug and definitely not worth the risk.
