Default Can't live without COFFEE

Count me in as one of those people who cannot live without coffee. I am always sleepy and weak if I cannot drink my cup of coffee early in the morning.

I have the reverse effect. Sad to say. I really donít know what is the explanation of me drinking coffee, but instead of being awake, I will become sleepy instead.

Maybe your body system is not just that receptive over the purpose of caffeine in a coffee to keep someone awake. It can also be considered that you need a higher ďdoseĒ of coffee in order for it to energize you or to keep you awake.

We have to take note guys that too much coffee is not also good in our body because coffee is compose mostly of caffeine. And too much caffeine in the body is not good. It can cause sudden palpitation to some, while others get upset stomach because of too much coffee.

I drink decaf. I can handle caffeine at all. I get very shaky and my insides are going nuts too. I don`t drink caffeine soda either.

seems to me as if you have problems with caffeine. Are you allergic to it? Have you had your heart checked?

Caffeine has different effects for different people and depending on what time or circumstances it is imbibed.
