Diet Pills Countless individuals have turned to diet pills in order to solve their weight problems. What many don't realize is that some anti-obesity drugs have severe and often life-threatening side effects. A diet pill remains a poor substitute to dieting and physical exercise when trying to losing weight.

Default Safety risks?

Are there many documented safety risks to taking diet pills? I would not want to recommend them to my girlfriend if it means putting her health at risk.

I think it depends on the pills you want to take. but to be sure, please consult your doctor first.

See, In my opinion, You need to understand what actually happens when some one takes the diet pills. Basically, It blocks the absorption of fats at least one fourth of the total fat you have taken in your whole diet, So Taking only diet pills help you to get slim? No, Not at all! Now you can understand, Why this type of diet pills are required? and Trust me, This is basically just a type of medicine, Actually this is a type of nutritional supplement that helps you to burn the extra fats from your body and makes you slim and fit. So, I don't think suggesting to your girlfriend for taking diet pills would not let her indulge with any health related risks. The one thing strictly I would like to suggest, Advice her Take a review before taking any diet pill that makes her sure which type of diet pill is most suitable for her and by this way she would be able to prevent her for any type of side effects.

There are so many online reviews are available in this regard.

Cheers.

I would recommend Xenical diet pills as it works primarily in the stomach and intestines by blocking extra fats to be absorbed.
But one should not only depend on diet pills, instead plenty of exercises and a healthy food regime are very beneficial. Xenical in combination with exercises and healthy food gives excellent results, one can lose up to 6 kg a month.

Diet pills really aren't some little "tra-la tra-la" NO BIG DEAL type of thing. My Husband just ended up in an Ambulance fast-tracked in the Emergency Room because Diet Pills caused him to suddenly have Grand mal Seizures!!! He took 4 in a day instead of 2. He'd NEVER had a seizure.
Most Diet Pills are not "fat blockers" (only Xenical does that). They cause your appetite to be lost by flooding you with adrenalin-- meaning your heart is abnormally stimulated. You have a feeling of being "hyped", but you don't know where it came from. SO, you then can become either extremely angry OR happy (or a weird mix of the both). Some young healthy people have DIED from Heart Attacks due to the stress on the Cardiac System of processing all that Adrenalin! Folks have a hard time taking this issue seriously. But, there IS a reason why "Diet Pills" are listed under STIMULANTS!
BE HEALTHY! <3
