OP is talking about hash/thc/marijuana. You will probably have some of these same symptoms when stopping smoking pot but it is because steady marijuana use will literally pause serotonin production and your body does not have enough when it is needed. Instead of drinking plenty of juice try a serotonin precursor like 5-htp to "jump start" your serotonin production.

Helping a spouse to stop doing drugs is a delicate task. You are someone he knows he can trust but you are also the same person that can hurt him the most. When attempting to help a spouse to quit smoking drugs you need to approach the subject without judgment, yet stand strong when things get tough

Default 5-HTP and Serotonin

Serotonin is an major factor in this whole thing because hash smokers 'disable' their serotonin production. Regular marijuana smokers too, but hash is stronger and does this faster. A good purpose-specific suppliment like cannitrol can get Serotonin production levels back to normal. 5-HTP is proven to boost serotonin production, thats why people get all bummed out when they quit hash/weed after a long time of use, they dont have any serotonin when they need it.
