OP is talking about hash/thc/marijuana. You will probably have some of these same symptoms when stopping smoking pot but it is because steady marijuana use will literally pause serotonin production and your body does not have enough when it is needed. Instead of drinking plenty of juice try a serotonin precursor like 5-htp to "jump start" your serotonin production.
