Over exercising?
hey i would like some advice. I like exercising.. but i just want to know if this is normal or not...
i've found skipping a good way to exercise. At first it used to be three times a week.. but it started doing myself good! i've never been happy with my body image... thinking i'm fat compared to my friends.. i'm 5ft 7 and was a size 12. I found exercising and cutting out junk food helped to lose weight. i knew it was working, but i stepped it up to work faster.. i now exercise everyday, and i like to burn 900- 1000 calories on my skipping rope.. this is like an hour and a half a day. i dont do it in one hit. I go out every so often burn 100 then go back in. I'm not sure if this is okay? my friends think it's too much. When i eat something like chocolate i feel so guilty i go outside and skip it off or if ive burn 900 calories that day i think it's okay to eat chocolate it's already been burnt off!
any advice would be great... it's starting to take over.. i spend most of my time in the garden now! It used to be me fitting skipping in my life, now its almost like i'm fitting my life in with the skipping! i'm now a size 8-10 and weigh about 9 stone 3. But i can't stop! i still think i'm fat.
