Has anyone else taken too much Wellbutrin?

Hi I was wondering if anyone else has accidently taken too much Wellbutrin? I was on 150mg twice a day for almost a year... but when I changed Dr he changed the dose to 300mg once a day only I did not remember him telling me that and I continued to take it twice a day for almost 6 weeks before I realized it... thank God I did not have a seizure... but I did realize that my behavior was totally out of character for me… I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else?

I took way too much. I was originally on 300mg, and told the doctor I wanted to switch to a different antidepressant. He said to try this new type of wellbutrin that is 522mg. He gave me a tiny sample bottle of the new wellbutrin and I didnt bother to look at the mg on it. And for some reason I thought he said he was adding 150mg to my 300mg. So I took the 300mg in the morning and about an hour later took the 522mg(which I thought was the 150mg.) Well 522+300= 822mg. A normal-high dose is 400mg, with the max being 900mg.
The first day of 822mg was great I was the most social I've ever been and the only side effect was dry mouth/nausea. I was so excited to have "just the right meds"
The second and third day I noticed more side effects, like hearing things, sweating and all my senses were super-strong. I was the most productive person at work those two days. But I knew something was wrong. I remember thinking to myself "I feel like I'm on drugs"
The fourth day was today and I knew something was wrong and thats why I'm surfin the net for answers. Thank goodness it didn't take any longer to realize my mistake.
